General firearm salesAll firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted LE items are sold and shipped per federal, state, and local law. Many items may be restricted where you live — check local regs before ordering. New firearms ship in the OEM box with magazines, accessories, and applicable warranty. Firearm sales are final. Warranty work goes to the manufacturer within 1 year of purchase. Accessories / special-order items follow OEM warranty unless Centerfire Nine guaranteed the full package in writing.Purchasing firearms onlineIt is illegal to ship firearms to anyone without an active FFL. Online firearm purchases may be picked up in store or shipped to the buyer’s FFL. Centerfire Nine may contact and verify the receiving FFL before shipping. Buyers should contact the receiving FFL before purchase.Changing / modifying ordersOrders that need modification are cancelled and refunded in full minus a $10 gift-card fee. The customer then reorders on the site. Centerfire Nine will not place the replacement order for the customer. Lead times restart.Returns & canceled ordersCancelled and returned orders incur a 15% restocking fee. Sales are final on firearms, ammunition, and optics. If required documents are not received within 21 days, the order is cancelled and funds returned minus the 15% restocking fee.Order fulfillmentOrders ship from distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Flat-rate shipping applies to the lower 48 only — no shipping outside the lower 48 or international; such orders are cancelled with a restock fee. Billing and shipping addresses must match or the order is flagged. Serialized items / firearms go to the chosen FFL — do not put the FFL as the shipping address.Ammunition18+ for rifle/shotgun ammo; 21+ for handgun ammo. Ground shipping with adult signature; ammo sales final.
